The day is part of an ongoing programme of work to ensure technology that can improve health and wellbeing is influenced and available for those with the worst health and the least access to services. The work involves whg, a place-based community housing association, local community organisations and local residents employed by whg as digital champions. Collectively, they will share lived experience and insights to innovators and NHS organisations.

This is part of a Birmingham Business School research project led by Dr Paulina Ramirez, ‘Building inclusive innovation ecosystem’ funded by the Economic Social Research Council. The hub has also had support from NHS Arden & Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit.
